Specifications
Automatic Winding Process1. Feed V-0 cassette into the wind station.
2. Open lid and pull the leader tape out from V-0 cassette.
3. Cut the leader tape.
4. Splice the leader tape to the end of the magnetic tape with the splicing tape.
5. Wind pre-determined length of magnetic tape into V-0 cassette (empty cassette) for blank tape use.
6. Cut magnetic tape.
7. Splice magnetic tape to the other end of the leader tape.
8. Wind-up for retracting leader tape into V-0 cassette.
9. Eject completed cassette out from the wind station.
