	Thank you for using Otari MO disk recorders. After fixing an index label to an MO disk cartridge, and before inserting such disks, be sure to check that the label is firmly attached to the cartridge. If a cartridge whose label is partly coming off is inserted into the drive, the label may stick to the inside of the drive slot and correcting this may require disassembling the drive!
