DR-100 connected with its PC remote controller
| For the 48-track digital disk recorder DR-100 in particular, we announced the release of version 2.0 software that includes important new features such as exporting/importing of files in the professional audio standard BWF format, support for DVD-RAM discs, etc. to improve data compatibility with other DAW's. Also, with the release of "PC Remote" which enables remote controlling of the DR-100 from a notebook PC, the DR-100 can now be used without its dedicated remote controller CB-179. This will be welcome news for OB van crews. |
We exhibited two on-air consoles: 24-fader DB-32 and 10-fader DB-10. Both consoles have been designed with great emphasis placed on the importance of reliability and stability, and we demonstrated the operation of the EMG circuit that prevent audio interruptions, very short reboot time, etc. For the mLAN network supported multichannel audio distribution system ND-20B, we showed the new version of GUI software "mLAN Control Software" that controls routing. With this upgrade, users can now control microphone gain, turning on/off of the pad amp and +48V power from the GUI screen on a PC. | DB-32 with mLAN option connected to ND-20B |
| The LW-55, our latest product in the Lightwinder series for outdoor long distance transmission applications, now supports multichannel audio transfer with a 96-kHz sample rate. With standard dual ptical fiber lines and redundant power supply units, the sound quality and reliability of the LW-55 have been improved even further. |
